Refund policy
Once your order is placed, it can be canceled within 7 days penalty free. However after this time, your order will be custom made in production for you so we are not able to offer a refund of the deposit after the first 7 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to repair or replace any damaged items.
We offer a 3-year warranty on our frames, and a 1-year warranty on everything else.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are unable to be returnable or refunded like installed optional items that were included in the original purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
